You might think you’ve done too much wrong in your life to ever experience redemption or be transformed, but very truly I tell you, my Jesus can save anyone—you are insanely loved, even if you don’t know it yet.

Every single day, I am overwhelmed with joy and happy tears when I think about just how much God loves me and every way that I’ve experienced His grace and kindness in my own life. I want every one of you beauties to feel the very same way. After all, the single most crucial human right is the right to know Jesus!

So, you ask, why do I need Jesus and how do I get to know Him?

The Quick Overview:

  1. God created humans in His likeness, but sin entered the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). Unfortunately, we all sin and fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23), deeming us unrighteous in His eyes.
  2. No human is righteous or good enough to enter the kingdom of God on their own willpower or understanding because we’re all sinners and the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23).
  3. God didn’t want us to have to die for our sins, so He sent Jesus to walk the earth, fully God and fully man. God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to die on the cross with the weight of the world’s sin upon Him. He defeated death when He rose from the grave 3 days later.
  4. Jesus’ shed blood bridged the gap between God and His creation, atoning for our sins and making eternal life possible for believers (John 3:16). Simply admit you’re a sinner in need of a Savior, repent of your sins and disbelief, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and put your complete trust in His finished work on the cross.
  5. Salvation is a gift from God, not something you have to work for. We are saved by grace through our faith in Jesus (Ephesians 2:8)

The In-Depth Teaching:

  1. Every human on the face of the earth is one of God’s creations, but not everyone believes in or acknowledges Him. By nature, every single human is sinful because of Adam and Eve’s disobedience to God in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). Each and every one of us sins and falls short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23), which deems us unrighteous in His eyes.
  2. As a result, none of us are good enough to enter the kingdom of God. The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), and an eternity away from God’s presence. Our God, the Great I Am, Yahweh, cannot be in the presence of any sin because He is holy. When sin entered the world, it created a separation between God and His creation.
  3. God didn’t want there to be a gap between Him and His creation, so He made way for Jesus to be born into the world miraculously from a virgin named Mary, as the Son of God. Jesus was fully God and fully man when He walked the earth.
  4. Jesus was persecuted and questioned repeatedly for His claims and teachings—eventually, He was crucified by the Romans. But God. It was God’s plan to sacrifice His son and place the weight of the whole world’s sin upon Him as He died on that cross.
  5. Jesus was dead and in the tomb for 3 days, but He rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit! Satan thought he defeated God when Jesus died, but Jesus crushed sin and death when He arose.
  6. God uses Jesus’ shed blood, death, and resurrection as atonement for everyone’s sin, so that everyone who fully trusts in Jesus and what He did on the cross won’t die as payment for their sin, but rather, they’ll experience eternal life in the presence of the Lord (John 3:16). Simply admit you’re a sinner in need of a Savior, repent of your sins and disbelief, accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and put your complete trust in His finished work on the cross.
  7. Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ is a gift from God, not something we have to work for. We are saved by grace and grace alone(Ephesians 2:8)—meaning, God loves us enough to know that we’re not perfect and we never will be. But by the blood Jesus shed on the cross, we become His children and are seen as blameless.

Because of Jesus, you can experience the incredible love of God and secure your salvation in Him. By believing in this good news, repenting of your old mindset, and putting your faith in Jesus Christ alone, you will be forgiven, redeemed, born again through spiritual renewal by the Holy Spirit, and spend eternity with the Lord when your physical body dies—how beautiful is that?!

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). Believe that Jesus is the waymaker, miracle worker, and light in the darkness, and ask the Holy Spirit to bring you into all truth. Have faith in the Lord to make you a new creation, talk to God through prayer, and dig into His word, which is the Holy Bible.
